It can also be brushed on cookies and fondant when mixed with vodka or another clear alcohol, allowing you to add beautiful pink-red color accents to your creations regarding how sensitive they might be to the addition of moisture. 

Perfect for oil-based products very high in fat content, such as Buttercreams, Chefmaster® Dry Powder Candy Colors are specially formulated with a high concentration of pigments to blend easily with icings and other high fat content ingredients and provide you with unmatched vibrancy and consistency.

They are also preferred by professional bakers for applications sensitive to the amount of added liquid in the formula such as French macaron shells, meringues, crystal sugar and so forth.
